This setup was a strategic leap. This partnership was a perfect example of how the right systems and strategy can take an already respected cardiologist to the next level.
The ConsultingMDs Team
Task at hand involved setting up the concierge practice for Dr. Belardo and automating several workflows for the practice. Being in a niche practice, Dr. Belardo focusses on preventive non-invasive cardiology. She wanted to establish an automated work-flow for most of the operations involving booking, billing, scheduling and patient intakes.
At ConsultingMDs, we partnered with a prominent Los Angeles-based cardiologist to start her modern concierge practice. Focused on maximizing retention and streamlining operations, we helped her redesign the patient experience—without compromising on clinical excellence.
This transformation gave Dr. Belardo greater freedom, a loyal patient base, and a scalable practice model built for the future of medicine.
Automated Scheduling
We accomplished this task by automating her schedule based on her preferences. Daily variations automatically synced from her calendar to the scheduling engine. Notifications for appointments are sent to her phone as well as the patients.
Online Patient Booking
Patients are able to find suitable time on the calendar and book their own appointments without human intervention. Appointments are confirmed automatically once all the info is received.
Enhanced Patient Experience
Enhanced patient experience by automated booking, online intake forms, and automated billing through credit card.
