Years 3 and 4: Expansion and Celebrations

Your practice achieves full patient panel (300–400 patients for solo physician). You enjoy high renewal rates (>80%) and have a wait-list for new patients. We consider the potential for second provider or added locations. We continue practice optimization for scalability. We celebrate a well executed strategy for a successful Concierge Practice.
